Models and over 70 fashion designers from across Africa flocked to Lagos Nigeria for the second annual Arise Magazine Fashion week. Nigeria is the second fastest growing economy in Africa, and it's growing economic and cultural clout is having an increasing impact on the region, and connecting Africa to the world.
